Such a fantastic place to grab a bite to eat! We sat at the bar and the bartenders were wonderful. The food was flavorful & delicious!

My wife and I enjoyed the food that we ordered. We got the chicken wings with mild sauce. The best wings we had in awhile. Of course, the onion rings were great and homemade. Also, the shrimp poboy. The shrimp was so fresh that I could taste the salt from the ocean on it. The Cuban sandwich with bacon jam was so good. I can't wait to go back. The ambiance and the atmosphere of the Salty Pelican is delightful.

The employees treat EVERYONE like family. They are so sweet & it is most definitely a family affair. Grew up coming here when it was the Catfish Shack & I was NOT DISAPPOINTED. I LOVE IT. MENU IS AMAZING & I licked my catfish bones clean. A must see. An absolute asset to our home. Love, A fourth generation South Floridian

Great place to have a few drinks and to eat. The setting is beautiful as it faces the marina / intercoastal. This place is a favorite for me and my wife everytime we visit Amelia Island.

We came in on a Saturday night and was quoted a 30-40 minute wait. It was only about 20 minutes which was nice. We sat down and were greeted relatively quickly. The wait staff were sub par. Not super friendly. We ordered a fish sandwich and a fish of the day with lobster. The fish of the day with lobster was much better than the fish sandwich. The blackened fish was dry. I asked for ranch with my fries and they charged me for the slightest drop of ranch in a cup. First time for that in a long while. Only giving 4 instead of 3 because they have a large bar upstairs and downstairs with TVs to watch football / sports. They have a few nice beers on draft. Plenty of seating and places to wait outside as well.

This is a very fun restaurant with Key West vibes. We were seated on the lower level and immediately greeted by our waiter. All the food was fresh and tasty. I had the fried oyster and shrimp platter with vegetables- it was very good. My wife had the shrimp tacos and liked them very much. Parking is a bit of a challenge, but it was Friday night so that may have been a part of that. It is free, however.

This place had the most amazing view! I also had the crab cakes with shrimp and corn chowder. The food tasted great, but the servings were kind of small. My server Shadi was very kind. I recommend sitting in the upper deck to get a great view of the river during sunset.
